About Coach Mosley: Coach Mosley is entering his 26th season as the head coach of the Northstar Boys Cross Country team. Coach Mosley has had the honor to coach 5 teams that have qualified for the WIAA State Meet along with 7 individual runners. Two of those runners were 4 time individual qualifiers. Our team proudly had the individual state runner up in 2021.
Coach Mosley received his bachelor's degree in education from UW-Platteville and his Masters in Curriculum & Instruction from UW-Whitewater. He is an Elementary Physical Education teacher for the school district of Waukesha. Prior to coming to Waukesha, Coach Mosley spent 4 seasons as the assistant cross country coach at Darlington High School in Darlington, WI.
He is a graduate of Darlington High School where he ran cross country and played basketball. As a cross country member, he was part of 2 conference championships and ran in the state cross country meet his junior season. He is also a proud member of Darlington's 1990 Class C state basketball championship team. He resides in Waukesha with his wife Dana and two sons, Noah and Caleb.

About Coach Hill: Coach Hill is a 2006 graduate of Waukesha North High School. During his time at Waukesha North, he was involved in several extracurricular activities including Men's Cross Country, Track and Field, Volleyball, Band, National Honor Society, and Scouting. He currently works for CESA 1. Prior to his employment at CESA 1, he was a Biology and Physics teacher at North High School, as well as an Effectiveness Coach at the STEM Middle School. He decided to become a teacher because when he was a student at North, his life was greatly changed by one of his teachers and his coaches, and now he wants to give back. Coach Hill attended college at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse where he ran both cross country and track. The La Crosse Cross Country and Track programs were very successful during his time there, winning 6 National Titles between the two sports in a span of 5 years. Now he wants to bring that tradition of winning and his knowledge of running at high level back to further build on the successes of the North program. Currently he rides bike semi-professionally to keep his competitive edge and has found some success, placing 2nd in the State Championships in 2011. His passion for cycling and helping others has led him to tremendous success with Project Echelon. Coach Hill resides in Waukesha with his wife Emily and sons Jackson and Ryder.

About Coach Lindsay: Coach Lindsay is a 2012 Waukesha North graduate. As a member of the Northstars, he was a three-time letterman in cross country, and two-time state qualifier. In his senior year, he was voted most determined and captain by his team. On the track Coach Lindsay was a two-time letterman and a member of the conference runner up 4x800 his senior year while he also served as captain. After graduating, Coach Lindsay attended Cornell College where he graduated in 2016 with a degree in psychology. During his time at Cornell, he ran cross country, indoor, and outdoor track all four years. Coach Lindsay was a two-time all-conference runner in the Midwest Conference. His senior year, Coach Lindsay was named MVP of the cross country team and served as captain of both the cross country and track teams.
