The Northstar CC team is proud to have alum Eric Hill ('03-'05) as part of our coaching staff! Although Eric still finds opportunities to tie up his running shoes and compete in races of various distances, he has mainly turned his focus to cycling where he is experiencing a high level of success.
Nick Clark ('94-'97) was Co-Captain of the X-Country team in 1997. As for current running, he has competed in several ultra-marathons over the last couple of years, culminating in a 7:02 in the JFK 50 miler in 2012. Due to work, he has needed to take some time off. Nick currently is working for the US Army.

Lane Geisness ('09-'12) Congratulations to Lane on making the cross country team at UW-LaCrosse. Lane graduated from North High School as statistically one of the best runners in school history. Some of his highlights are: 4 time Northstar standard recipient, 2 time all conference, 4 year letter winner, 3 time state qualifier, and the fastest 5K on record with a 15:53 (UW-Parkside 2012).
Jacob Jodat ('09-'12) Jacob is currently running at Wisconsin Lutheran College. Jacob recently completed his career at North as one of the best ever in the program. He was a 3-time all conference runner, 4-time state qualifier, 2nd team all state as a senior, team MVP 3 times, and posted a 16:04, which stands as one of the fastest times in school history.
Josh Lindsay ('08-'11) Josh was a captain of the 2011 cross country team and one of the hardest working athletes on the team during his career. Josh climbed the ladder of the depth chart positioning himself as an alternate of the 2010 state qualifying team. Josh went on to Cornell College in Iowa and had a very successful cross country and Track & Field career. He joined the Northstar coaching staff for the 2016 season.
Henry Laste ('12-'15) Henry will begin his running career at UW-Oshkosh in the fall of 2015. Henry was a member of the 2015 Northstar CC squad that qualified for the state meet.
